Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of individuals out of burnout and into lives they genuinely love and I want to give you the tools, support, and guidance to do the same.

  • This is a 14-day online program designed to guide you through a series of daily practices, a comprehensive workbook, energy healing, and guided journeys—all designed to help you release burnout and restore balance.

  • No prior experience is necessary! The daily practices are simple, easy to follow, and accessible for all levels.

  • Each lesson is designed to take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete, making it easy to fit into your day, even with a busy schedule. Plus, there is a built-in catch-up day to help you stay on track if life gets in the way.

  • After the 14 days of the Burnout Reset, you’ll have an additional 10 days of access to the content (through January 31st). I know that making lasting change takes time, and I wanted to give you extra space to catch up if needed. If you don’t finish everything in exactly 14 days, don’t stress—it’s all part of the process! The important thing is that you’re showing up for yourself, and that’s a big win. Here's a helpful tip: If you can get through the first 7 days, you’ve already done the hardest part of resetting your energy and mindset! It will only get easier from there. And remember, I’m here to support you throughout your journey!
